i lervvvvvvvvvvvvvvv to cook.seriusly.but when im lazy, go figure ;P even so, lazy is not the reason i stop cooking for sometimes.i prefer to cook the easier one.yepp easy breezy beautiful, covergirl.ahax ;P
within holidays, only the three of us in the house. mama papa & me :) so, we hardly cook.sometimes we eat outside,weddings, open houses & sometimes we just eat anything we buy outside.it's all about not eating a home cook :P but sometimes, we are VERY tired of outside foods and when feels like sgt LEPAK and malaz giler nak keluar, so we cook.the simplest dish that we (mom & me) can ever make. So, I remembered last raya, Kak Ni had cooked us a simple dish which made us FULL for the entire night! (just until 6am in the morning.then,u'll starve)
i dont really know what the dish actually called.so, I just called it a beef steak. but, actually,it's not.okey,it looks something like this :) beep.

Ingredients : Minced Beef/Chicken/Burger , 2 eggs , 2 red/green big chillies (instead,u can use capsicums too) , a lil bit of salt & black pepper.
How to cook? VERY EASY :)
Crack both eggs into a small bowl.beat them until u puas hehe.then, put the minced beef/chicken/burger into the beaten eggs.(for minced beef & chicken, u have to fried them 1st before adding into the eggs). then, fried the mixtures ! while waiting for the down-side to cook, cut & chop the chillies & pour them on top of the uncook side, then wait for a while and flip it nicely. wait until it cooks. then walah, put it in a nice plate, and eat it while it's hot .^^ (make sure u serve with the vege looks on top.or else, they thought it's just a simple fried egg. pthh :p )
anyhow, to all vege lovers, u can mix any vegetables that suit with eggs.vege for life!
beep. it's not really a healthy food.just an-easy yummy food. :)
